Hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I've received in the area. I tried to make a reservation ahead of time but the employee couldn't speak enough English to make it.
Then when I arrived he refused to serve my group, even though there was no one in the restaurant. I suspect there may be racism at play here. Shocking to see this place has such positive reviews! If I could give 0 stars I would.
You can't get much more authentic than this. Better brush up on your Portuguese! Staff are lovely once you break through the language barrier, serving good coffee and seriously naughty cakes and pastries. An interesting line in Portuguese store-cupboard items too. Recommended.
Great food and wine. Can’t walk past this cafe and not go in. Pastel del natas are to die for. Would highly recommend
