Very polite owner and nothing was too much trouble definitely worth coming here and they have fresh cakes and pastry cakes too ,definitely worth a visit
Literally cannot recommend this garage enough! I’ve used them twice now and the customer service is fantastic, jobs are always done efficiently and really good quality! I turned up this morning in a panic because I had a flat tyre and they sorted it for me in 5 minutes before they were even officially open, and have said they will sort it all for me! So nice to have such a lovely local garage where no problem is too small!
Always polite, helpful and nothing too much trouble for Andy and the team.
Although they were very busy they managed to find time to get me back on my way.
Very friendly and welcoming if you can't find anything they will always check for you always have a laugh and they love dogs only place I buy my petrol and papers milk and lots more x
Well what a fantastic little garage that we found when our car had problems after arriving in Cornwall on holiday. They worked tirelessly on it for 3 days. Although not fully sorted it got us home and will be going to Ford garage.. All the staff were helpful and friendly and would recommend. Lee from Manchester.
Terrible customer service, wont return calls/ messages. Even went in person to book MOT was told they would let me know. 3 weeks of chasing only to be told they were too busy. Oddly my car failed it's MOT at another garage on the headlight bulbs being in upside-down, the same bulbs that the team at Luggs put in last December the wrong way up....The service just isn't there and the manners are lacking.
Luggs Garage recently replaced the clutch on my Subaru. Excellent service at a very competitive price; a great team to deal with as well.
