Can't comment on the atmosphere, but the home delivery service is excellent, and the food delicious. My first choice for Chinese and home delivery. They always include prawn crackers and when order a certainn amount, they provide a free disk..mmmm

OMG this meal was bad.. Never again will I be ordering from lucky star again in the future. Was told 45min to be delivered. 1hr 20mins later it arrived (Cold) conplained and was told they were busy.
I'm sorry to write this, my experience with your meal has not been fantastic. I have observed that anytime I ordered food on a Wednesday, the food is not fresh, it doesn't taste fresh. The rice is muchy and the prawn taste muchy in the mouth and stale, Like its been in the fridge for days. My overall experience with you is absolutely distasteful. I don't think I'll be buying from you again.
I'm sorry but this is probably the worst Chinese I've had in crewe.. the sweet and sour sauce tasted like cheap cordial, the veg just didn't taste right which is weird given its just veg.. also the front of house seems to have been last decorated in the 90s, with wallpaper border over tiles and many faded pictures of random Chinese food not prepared at this take away.
Been using them for 9 years. Was the best Chinese around, ribs were perfect, meat dropped off the bone with the best flavour. We keep ordering hoping for the same experience as we are used to but it has severely gone down hill. Had today and spat my chewy tasteless ribs out. Given them multiple chances and always disappointed nowadays. We have decided to give up now any try somewhere else

Last time we used this take away it was lovely good potion sizes nice cooked food but todays order was not good at all the portion sizes have cut right down and the chips were Rock hard! On the menu it said order over £25 get a free bottle of pop and prawn crackers we got no pop and the smallest bag of prawn crackers! Looks like prices have gone up which is fair enough but the portion sizes and standard of food have dropped! Such a shame as we used to think this was the nicest Chinese. Looks like we will have to look elsewhere in future.
Pork hard no flavour,curry looked like canal water could not even try it. spent loads here no more gone down hill it's a shame used to be really nice,last 3 orders disappointed.
