The restaurant itself is really nice. We were lucky to be the only ones there. The service was impeccable. The food, while tasty was a little undercooked
Delicious vegetarian food. We got the pasta alla norma and the Margherita pizza.
Nice Italian restaurant, quite liked the mixed seafood which was a big portion, and the tiramisu. Pleasant service and a nice ambiance.
EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!! AVOID!!!!!
Waiter refused to spilt bill for customers (only amongst 3 not 30) and overcharge after mishearing the amount (£30 and not £13). I didn't really saw the screen and I rang immediately after I reviewed my expenses today.
The waiter, whom I now understand is also the manager, charged me £30 instead of my share, which was supposed to be £13. I brought this to his attention over the phone, and he asserted that he was unable to rectify the situation, suggesting that it was a willing payment on my part. He also laughed at a sarcastic manner continuously (over 10 times; and yes I counted) at me stating it was completely my fault as it was a serious situation but I was met with the most unprofessional attitude.
I have now emailed their head office for further follow-up. Given the manner they handle a simple complaint/ mistake, I WOULD NEVER EVER GO BACK!!!!!!!

I find department store restaurants in the main tend to disappoint significantly. So I was pleasantly surprised at how good this little gem of an Italian eatery was. Relaxed atmosphere. Professional and welcoming front of house. Simple menu (Gordon would be proud). Quite limited cocktails that could be expanded. Food very good. The entire experience was altogether on point. So if you’re ever in Knightsbridge do pop up to the fifth floor of Harvey Nicks and give it a spin. We even got to meet the legend that is Aldo Zilli in the flesh. I later found out he was a brand ambassador for the restaurant.
Really fantastic dinner with exceptional service. We came here for a birthday celebration and we were treated like royalty! My wife had the giant prawn with scallops and I had the chicken with mushrooms and both were incredible. We'll be going again for sure.
Gianfranco always gives us great service. We always make it a point to have lunch here. The food is great, especially when Gianfranco is waiting on us.
