I contacted Mark at Low Cost Windscreens on friday morning and was booked in for Monday morning. Arrived on time, and had the new screen fitted in no time. Great service, price and very pleasant. Would recommend and will use again as needed. Thank you, Aztec Valeting & Detailing Ltd.

Competitive price prompt reply. Unfortunately unhappy about straightforward questions on screen details, and receiving calls in late evening. Declined to take on job. A shame as no intention messing around whatsoever and so no alternative but to go elsewhere. Oh well seems that most reviews are v good so perhaps just a bad day.

This is the request text to you: "Thank you Mark. Sounds fair. Living at xxx/xxx so do you think you'll be heading this way in the next week or so. Otherwise how much notice do you need anything if I head your way? Mark. Please could you give detail on screen will it have the tinting and is it oem cheers."
I had two quotes and wanted to compare the screens being offered. No issue about paying travel was expressed. However I travel nearby
you regularly. I expressed at the time that I'd rung in the evening hoping to leave a message requesting a quote. You decided to take my call, and I apologized if I'd disturbed. At no point whatsoever is/was your product quality or craftmanship questioned.
When you called me to reply to the above text about tinting and if OEM unit, you were evidently annoyed/angry. When asked why you asked why I was checking if it was a proper screen, and accused me of "messing you around".
No customer wants sycophancy and I respect frankness, but a modicum of decency is fair T expectation.
The call lasted a total of 1min 14sec before I was cut off, I suppose that is a way of indicating you dont want the custom. There was understandably talking over each other and raised voices - no ranting for minutes in our 1minute call.
Re nothing better to do? I had asked a fair and reasonable question in a polite manner.
I then followed up with civil text messages to try to resolve for both of us. No reply received from you.
Whilst you are entitled to say what you wish about me, you have not met me and I have been reasonable with you. I shall not belittle your products or craftmanship.

Absolutely brilliant. Got to us immediately, fitted our windscreen and was just so friendly and cost effective. £145 all in for a brand new windscreen!
Quick and simple. Only cost me £10 more than going through my insurance would have but without the hassle and the wait. Definitely recommend!
