The quality of the food was not enough and it was very bland, I am not one to leave bad reviews as the staff were very friendly. The Kinder Bueno milkshake was very unflavoured and tasted sour! Nutella cookie dough was a thin layer and was not filling at all especially for the price. I wouldn’t recommend, however could not fault the staff.
There was a big hair in my waffle. The quality of the food was not enough and it didn’t taste nice either. I wouldn’t recommend.
I have ordered from here a million times, I take my kids most days after school for ice cream, food is always tasty, fresh and presentation is always 10/10 and delivery is always speedy. Nothing is ever too much for the friendly staff. This lovely family run business will NEVER dispoint, there is so much to choose from!!
The k bueno milkshake was quite unflauvored and all strawberies of the fondue are very ripe
awful service, nachos tasted like plastic, cookie dough half empty missing items and waffles were cold despite being 10 minutes away. Rang back and was told 5 times by five different staff members we would get full refund then owner telling us he "disagreed" with our complaint despite him saying he knew the nachos weren't right but still sent them out ! and only offering us half the amount for refund. STILL haven't received refund and have rang 8 times now over 3 weeks regarding the order complaint. Will not be ordering again.
Shakes and sundaes are top quality in here, although I have bought the same sundae several times and it has same 'base' to it, but extras change each time. The jacket potatoes though are lower quality, especially for the price. Very little filling and potato is on the small side.
Overall, great place for your shakes, just not hot food
Ordered two milkshakes and cookie dough ice cream. Waited almost two hours for it to arrive. We live 5 minutes away.
A phone call later, order finally arrived. Plain ice cream and messed up milkshakes. £10.
Absolutely shocking. Not worth the wait. All gone in the bin.

Ordered 3 desserts on 9th June around 8:30pm for home delivery. They arrived about 40mins later, two of them were ok, but the Cookie Dough ice cream was basically just a melted cookie in the bottom of a container, no ice cream or sauce.
Rang up and they said we could come in and get a free milkshake the next day instead, but said we want the order correcting. Said they would send a complete Cookie Dough Ice Cream out again, but it never arrived. Tried ringing them again but they were closed.
First time we've used them.
Terrible service, won't be using again.
