Ordered quarter of crispy duck. This is what arrived. Mostly flakes and what chunks of meat are in the tray are fat. Salad is dry and stale with brown tinge, and not even a third of a pot of hoi sin. Woman I spoke to said they were too busy to sort it out and hung up on me.
Tried calling back for 2 hours and they would not answer. Checking my account on their website, they deleted my profile, which goes to show how they deal with complaints.
They were well aware of the quality of food sent out and were not prepared to rectify it.
Do not eat from this takeaway.
Spent 20 pound this evening on a takeaway from here, never been so disgusted in my life, 7.50 for 9 quarter sized barbecue ribs in a tasteless barbecue sauce and a chicken fried rice that was grey with burnt black bits totally tasteless, the lot went in the bin, I don't know how they think it's OK to send this out to people, should be closed down!

The food was mouth watering, the taste, the sensation, it took me to another world, I felt like I was in a new universe of colours and feelings.
I was blown away by the service, specifically Calvan who delivered the best customer service ever received, it made me feel loved like I never have been before.
Service was great, the young lad who served me came across very polite and charming. I was a bit taken back by not only the quality of the food but the beauty of the staff (The young lad). Would definitely recommend to young single women in the area.
Went there a while ago deciding to leave a review. Had to wait outside for almost an hour for 3 portions of fish and chips. The chips were edible, but not amazing. The fish on the other hand was inedible, still frozen and completely disgusting 0/10.
I bought salt and pepper wings in here and they gave me 4 pieces of chicken and a half cuz it's so tiny and it's £7.20 ITS NOT WORTH IT!! Unbelievably disgusted by this cuz I came back from work and came home with this NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN????
Food was soggy. Fish was raw. Called the shop who said they would not do a refund on the fish and to contact just eat. This chippy is possibly the worst I have been too.
