Since this pharmacy changed from being a branch of Lloyds to an independent the service seems to have improved considerably. Staff are really helpful. One drug I am prescribed has been difficult to obtain for a few month (a supply issue, not the chemists fault) but the staff have been incredibly helpful and have gone beyond what I could be expected to help me out. .

Very rude lady behind the counter . Never had problems before she started working there and all The other Staff is absolutely lovely and helpfull .
The pharmacy has a no abuse sign hanging on the wall , still staff is allowed to be rude ….
absolutely shocking!! The little blonde lady serving with glasses needs a few courses in customer service. Her attitude is diabolical for someone front of house I’m surprised she’s still there!
Tutting, sighing and rolling her eyes when I asked a question wow just wow! Her attitude changed because I asked if they made that cream in their own brand which would be cheaper. NEXT time il drive to a basins instead of helping to keep the little one on my local estate open!

Rude and incompetent staff and that is the least concern here.
If you can actually get your meds expect a 30 to 60 minute wait to get them in your hand.
I put my prescription repeat in at my Dr's a week in advance any earlier and I'm told too early as it's a controlled drug and understandably they have to be cautious. The pharmacy then say they need a week to process too, a week! Any other pharmacy and I walk in with my prescription and the meds are in my hand 5 mins later.
Nearly every time they fail to put the controlled drug into my prescription and its when I get in the car or home I realise they've not included it in. I've now taken to having the embarrassment of ripping open the bag in the pharmacy to check its all there!
However I've had surgery's so have sent someone to collect for me, being so unwell I forgot to check the bag and low and behold this morning my strong meds that I really need to take a 6am every day are not in the bag and now have to suffer until at least 9am to get them. This is absurd. This is patients health they are putting at risk not to mention a terrible and inefficiently run business. Needless to say this is the last time I ever use this chemist and I hear people say this everytime I'm in there. Soon you will have no customers and the business will not be viable and you will all lose your jobs. A serious shake-up is needed in this pharmacy for sure.
Terrible, rude, patronising customer service from one person in particular. Another person was okay, but didn't make up for the awful attitude of the first person I spoke to.
I mentioned this to them before leaving and their first response was to deny being rude and to get defensive... I wasn't abusive or rude, but simply stated what I thought wasn't appropriate about their attitude. I will never go here again and would recommend nobody else does either. Zero stars if possible.
The attitude of one of the staff this morning was bad, this was the 3rd time I had been in to collect my prescription there was a problem between the doctors surgery and them.
I had been back and forwards myself to sort it out for them .
Not a smile, a sorry, a Thank you and still haven't got my tablets got to go back again.
Hope that woman isn't there.
