Vey well planned room on ground floor. Freindly owners. No breakfast available but a few cafes close by. Plenty of space. Adequate parking. handy for town. Close to Theatr Mwldan shops and castle. Not much to do in Cardigan but we had a pleasant stay. March not the best time for the beach.
We paid a lot of money (£130) for one night stay at the guest house. Single pane glass and a very busy road didn’t lead to a great nights sleep. Also my little boy was so excited to have a go in the jacuzzi bath but when we turned it on lots of black mould came shooting out and that put an end to bath time. It was a nice building and we really enjoyed Cardigan but the price for this guest house was far above what it should’ve been.
The room was clean and comfortable, though we were told not to use the bath as it leaked into the room below. The location is excellent. However there is no breakfast and £160 per night for a small room for three people with no breakfast is excessive, even in these inflationary times.
Stayed here for 3 nights last weekend. Brother and his wife had a double room and I had a single room. Both rooms were spotless and beds were very comfortable. Thank you to Gary and Sally for a lovely welcome and we only had to ask if we needed anything and they were very obliging. Would certainly recommend here if you are staying in Cardigan and we are definitely hoping to return.
Had a great stay here. 5 nights in the single room. Comfy bed, en-suite, quiet and just enough room. Perfectly clean. So convenient for walking into the village and good parking out front. Gary the owner was very welcoming. He doesn’t like to ‘recommend’ but all of his ‘suggestions’ were spot on. Couldn’t fault it.
Just spent 2 nights in this truly lovely guesthouse. The room we had was exceptional in every way. The bed was beautifully comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. There were extra milk/coffee/tea/toiletries provided to which you could help yourself without having to ask. Gary,,the owner, was welcoming and helpful. Next time we visit we will be staying again- would be difficult to find anywhere better.
Me and my son had a lovely 2 night stay in the twin room. The room was spotless and the beds/ bedding were really comfy. Barely heard a sound from outside the room and the owners were lovely! Would definitely recommend a stay here. Thank you !!!!
My husband and I stayed here for two nights earlier this week. We were immediately made very welcome by Gary who offered to help us with our luggage. The guesthouse is in a perfect position at the top of the town with many eateries nearby. The room was bright and luxurious and spotlessly clean and the spa bath was a wonderful addition and provided us with just the relaxation we needed after a long drive from Dorset. Gary and Sally were so very friendly and kind - offering advice for our long awaited move to the area - thank you again for a perfect stay!
