Great dentist, im registered with my 2 boys. Reception staff are always lovely, polite and helpful. Dentists are very professional, quick and informative. Nothing is too much trouble. I recommnd highly. Had 2 emergency appointments for my eldest, and it was handled quickly and professional.
Initially I was a patient here under Kexi who was a fantastic dentist, due to the pandemic I was unable to obtain an appointment, at the dentists direction. When I finally managed to get through to the dentist surgery again I was told that I was not on their patient list anymore as I'd not been in for over a year. This surgery has left me without a dentist and I've struggled to find treatment for my almost constant toothache for over a year.

This used to be a lovely owned Dentist not anymore . I was switched to private from N H S without being informed earlier. Their dentist furniture for patients is so out of date and uncomfortable.
Not very family friendly or understanding when it comes to checking childrens teeth. Also expects us to use different dental surgeries for my childrend, partner and myself.
Also felt that the staff there were looking down there noses at us because we were queatioing about being an NHS patient.
Me and my family also felt that the receptionist did not know what she was talking about as she changed her story when advising me about the temp NHS patient process initally saying 1 year then later saying its only 6 months, very conflicting information.
Will most definitely not be going back there again even if i do end up going to a private dentist.
So would most definitely recommend anyone thinking of going there to rethink about it.
Really impressed with the level of care I have received whilst being a temporary patient at this dentist . From the Reception team to the dental nurses and the dentist themselves they have been brilliant and very accommodating. Would highly recommend.

After looking all over Brighton and around it for dentistries that accept NHS patients, we found this place which is definitely far but so worth the trip! Everyone was very accomodating about my partner's anxiety and let me be present throughout the appointment for their support. The doctor explained everything and answered all of our questions with great expertise. He also respected my partner's needs and agreed to extract the tooth because they wanted it there and then. The whole procedure took about 30 seconds - it was like watching a jeweler do their skillful work. It was a non-surgical extraction and was so impressively swift and precise that it was out before we even knew it. The trainee nurse was also very nice and friendly.
Best experience I've ever had at a dentist's ever. Big compliments and respect to the staff and the family that run such a lovely business. We felt very welcome and comfortable despite not being permanent patients at the surgery.
I have used this dentist for many years and there has not been an occasion where I have received poor service, always good, courteous and helpful. I visited them again today and I am pleased to say I passed except for some advise.
