They booked my son for the first dose of MMR, and told me to call to book the 2nd, and after waiting 1 hour on the que, told we are not the one to book you , call your GP!!!!, although they are the one who booked my daughter!!!!...why not giving the right instructions from the beginning!!!!.... our time is precious, you are affecting our safety with this ignorance....
Idiots behind the desk had me in the wrong que for an hour for the doctor to not even do any sort of inspection just said you shouldn't have had a follow up go take ibuprofen. Most useless medical place I've ever been to in my life.
Been today for Covid booster. Greeted with a friendly smile from reception and politely asked to take a seat. In a very short time was greeted once again by the fantastic lady helping to complete the covid questionnaire.
After my very first Covid vaccination performed elsewhere, I experienced horrendously painful problems with my shoulder for approx 18 months which left me in total agony. This lady confirmed what had been previously denied by other health professionals that this was indeed a common issue due to inexperienced poorly trained people placing the injection site too high. I was reassured that this would not be a problem and that I was in good hands.
I was then introduced to the lady who was to give me my injection who was also nothing other than fantastic, once again confirming the inaccuracy of the injection site was to blame for the previous issue.
The injection was done by this lady professionally and completely painless, all within an extremely short period of time.
For this service, I cannot recommend highly enough and a very big thank you to all who helped me today.

The staff, reception nurses are very polite.
I went on a appointment & was seen to within a few minutes wait very, curtious & was surprised how big the centre is.
There is lots of parking at the side of building & the main entrance has disabled access, but thoughtless people block it. The front is inviting, but from the main parking looks run down & not inviting, be careful of mobility scooter on pavement as the go fast & expect you to move over for them. Society today - Gits.
Absolutely shocking.
Had a covid vaccine appointment booked for 3 weeks and when we got here told they were doing walk ins as well so we had to join the back of the queue and there was 33 people in front of us. Why let you make an appointment with a specific time then just completely did-regard it. My grandma is 92 and was waiting for nearly an hour. Sort it.

Went yesterday for covid booster. People told to wear masks yet the woman shouting your number and checking the questions on the form had her mask under her chin ! Also asking questions for all in the waiting area to hear. Chairs extremely close together
Receptionist calling me by first name which is not appreciated. Person giving the vaccine did not wash or sanitise her hands. Not impressed.
