Woeful customer service. 0 communication. Doesn't need 3 members of staff interrogating each other, and me over an order they never placed. Renewal process is lacking. What does make me chuckle ithough is the 'smile more' sign on the wall. Probably forgotten it's there ????
Since I moved to KT I have been a regular customer at this pharmacy. The staff is always very friendly and very professional/knowledgeable!

Had to go to the pharmacy 3 time for my prescription each time they said it be ready tomorrow and now that I got it they gave me the wrong amount, how can a pharmacy be this bad. I was suppose to get 100 I recived 21. They should not be open at all. Avoid at all cost
I seem to have had a very different experience to others. I always order my repeat prescriptions last second because I forget. They couldn’t be more helpful or polite in helping me sort this out.
I don't understand the bad comments. A busy pharmacy certainly, business like, yes, rude or inefficient NEVER. I've been using them for years never any problems.
This is an absolute awful chemist very rude man. Something dodgey must be going on here after reading some of the other reviews it seems like a lot of “missing” prescriptions happen often.
I went in and he told me he gave me my diabetic meds already but lied and when I called another pharmacy (one I used to visit) he said there is a prescription waiting at Lindsey pharmacy then I got abused infront of several people of him calling me a liar and laughing at me when I told him I am very desperate and need meds today as I’ve already been waiting a week.
Very attentive service. All employees are polite and I always get my repeat prescriptions as well as flu jabs from this establishment.
