It is worth remaking this clinic from the ground up. Almost all reports I get about this place show neglect and ignorance. Plus you have had far too many deaths from individuals supposedly under your care. Very worrying state.
Spent 2 weeks there and didn't get any therapy or counselling or any investigations as to my triggers and also no consideration into changing my medication to help just got told medication is not the answer. Some staff were lovely but the Drs and some nurses lacked sympathy and talked to me as a naughty child not very helpful. I am thinking of putting In an official complaint.
You are an absolute disgrace. So much more I could say but I daren't. People 'in charge' who have zero understanding or empathy towards MH. Please never let your loved ones near this place
Irwin and has team do a great job. I was on the homecare plan and it was exactly what i needed. Caring, never in a rush and treated with understanding and respect helped me slowly overcome my issues with their help. Its staff like this that keeps the NHS a literal life saving service

I spent a couple of fine weeks as a voluntary resident during summer 2008, it was one of the nicest holidays I've had, fascinating inmates and great staff, however I returned in Woeful circumstance in 2013, much to my horror Gallywood ward hand been turned into "what felt like a concentration camp, with a suffocating wooden wall having been erected, this did nothing to discourage escapees but really made the place feel like a living hell" I returned for one final inspection in 2014 and was treated with Abandon by the dreadful dR Adimullum, who was dier and under far too much work load (Tory cuts) I have to say that one African person who goes by the name of Clowd made the whole thing bearable. He recognised my symptoms were purely and cohesively linked with Cannabis and he put his neck on the line to make sure adimullum didn't put me on section 3. Clowd knows how to get on people's level and knows how to make people laugh at be at ease. This place, although small sees an awful lot go on within its walls, and if you ever want to see the impact of funding cuts see this place, I have never smoked tobacco but both times in 13/14 I same out with BLACK fin gureu as all there was to do all day was roll a cigarette in your room, walk outside and repeat. Annoyingly the place is a dead spot for virtually every network provider so you can't even spend your time on YouTube and Facebook to see if the CIA and Mi5 really are tracking you or if that last joint was just a tad too strong!
Caused me PTSD. Horrid place, made two complaints due to negligence but got no where. Would give - stars. Told me i had nothing serious even though I do, and have 2 severe mental illnesses (went elsewhere and got diagnosed). Do not go or trust this place.
