Grateful thanks to the most wonderful man who stopped and rescued me & my Mum yesterday. We were 8 miles from Stratford when I had a flat tyre, he stopped and told us about his garage, we followed him and he repaired my tyre so we could continue on safely. We'd already done 100+ miles having decided to drive up from Bournemouth. Highly recommended service and great service. Penny, you must be so proud!

2 hours from home, broken down, no AA cover and a toddler in the car (literally worst nightmare)... Drew was absolutely fantastic, he stopped what he was doing straight away and spent a good 2 hours trying to get us back on the road. Unfortunately for us the car was beyond repair. But Drew then spent time helping us with local numbers and prices for hire cars, and also solutions on what to do with our car going forward, from prices to flatbed it back home to prices for a scrap company to collect from his garage. Honestly an absolutely awful day was made so much easier by the sympathy and compassion shown by Drew and his wife. Thank you both very much!!

A great family business. Thought I had a big issue on my car but isolated it to be a very small repair. Such a trustworthy place and lovely people.
Developed a fault on the M40 this morning but managed to get off and limped into nearest village. Rolled into the forecourt with hazards on and staff very kindly plugged in their diagnostic equipment , verified the fault, offered to source a spare part and replace it there and then. I was at least an hour away from home. Very friendly and what great customer service.
Booked my car in for repair work and welding. Heard nothing after a few days, called and they hadn't looked at the car yet as they were 'too busy'. After calling multiple times for updates and being told it would be started the next day and then the next. I gave up after two weeks and collected the car. No work done whatsoever, not even a quote. Receptionist was rude, no apology and 'just wanted to get rid of it'.
Avoid this place, waste of time.
