Only been living in Lewisham for a month and have nothing but praise for this pharmacy. The most efficient, coupled with friendly staff and helpful pharmacist I’ve come across. Had all my vaccines with no waiting around and recommend anyone to nominate this as your preferred place to receive prescriptions etc. They even kindly told me I could have deliveries to my front door! Excellent, and the nice thing (having only been there 4 times) the staff recognise you which is a big plus to me. Nothing seems to be much bother to them.
Friendly and efficient service, didn't have to wait at all. Browsed products after collecting prescription, would like to see more available but also didn't see any other customers the whole time I was thete.
Had a prescription for toothpaste - the dentist had to write over her stamp for the quantity as it was slightly faded. Was refused because the prescription hadn't been countersigned. Wouldn't let me do a private prescription either (I'm a doctor). Really pathetic service for some toothpaste...never going back again.
The manager is very rude very accusing and a disregarding and disrespectful woman who shows no care or consideration for others
Like most other people commenting, I miss Darshan. He took care of his clients with great kindness.
The current team are excellent. Manraj is very caring and thorough, and his assistant is equally thoughtful in her work.
They are doing great work throughout the pandemic, and it was no problem having my medication delivered to my home during one period of isolation.
Very grateful to have this excellent pharmacy so close to home.
I have been with the pharmacy for years.
Danielle has been great. We all know GP Surgeries can be quiet slow in request, Danielle has gone out of her way on numerous occasions to ensure meds are done on time and Follows up with the GP.
Unfortunately if Danielle is not there for any reason or it’s on annual leave I don not get the same service, neither my repeat prescription gets done.
Amazing customer service, very professional and polite, extremely reliable and hard working.
She is definitely a credit to the organisation.
Let me first off state this has been a great pharmacy and they served me well over the last 15 years that I have used them the new and old location but unfortunately since darshan has left the shop has just gone downhill very quickly but fortunately the new pharmacist is power happy and continues to upset old and loyal customers only a week ago before I had my bad experience for the second time I'm since this new pharmacist has been. there was discussion about the pharmacy on the app next door neighbour saying how it had the declined over last 12-months the time being I will use Baum Pharmacy which I'm hoping isn't for long this pharmacist picked up his act and I can continue to use them

Terrible service! I came to this pharmacy quickly as I'm 5 months pregnant and I really wanted to go to toilet, I was on my way home. I came in, stood in front of the cash register to ask for a medicine. There were three people few steps away, behind the computer and they had a long conversation. Nobody said hi or anything, the lady looked at me and did nothing, they were still talking. After standing there and waiting to be served for few minutes, I went out really angry. I don't recommend this place.
