I can't speak French so I was extremely nervous but at least for me, the worker there understood everything and was really understanding. Also most places in America pump a lot of ice in the cup but here you watch them work and they put ice in to cool the drink and immediately take most of it out to not waste cup space without me saying anything which was really nice.
Bubble tea au top, la selection est grande et pleins de combinaisons ou ingredients que l’on ne retrouve pas dans des bubble tea plus traditionnels. J’ai commandé matcha latte brown sugar, un peu sucré mais sinon trop bon. (Vous pouvez ajuster le niveau de sucre)

Delicious and varied choices. Warm atmosphere. Polite staff. Possibility to order online. The Sakura Latte is my absolute favorite.
Excellents bubble tea, par contre je trouve que servir les mêmes boissons, une sans glaçon et "voler" le client, ce n'est pas honnête (regardez les photos). Service client lamentable.

Everything is well organised from placing the order to the delivery of tea. It doesn't have too much space for sitting and spending some time there. However the atmosphere is good to sip in a tea.
