Can’t recommend more highly. The ‘big names’ charge far more and couldn’t come for days. I sent a text to Wigston tyres in the morning, they answered promptly, ordered my tyre and it was fitted later that day at my house. Extremely reasonably priced as well.
Great guy came out within 20 minutes on the bank holiday too! Decent price considering call out plus new tyre! Definitely recommend!

Left my car in an unsafe state.
Had a flat tyre on the school run and called these guys to come out later in the day for an onsite change. Friendly, reasonably priced and came on time.
They commented the tyre had failed in a really odd way with a clean cut on the inner wall all the way round. It took them some time to get it off and get it changed (1.5hrs) because of the way it had failed but they managed in the end. I paid them an extra £15 due to the extra time/effort.
After driving off I noticed a really concerning sound from the wheel well so I circled back and asked them to check. One of them commented the car looked "suspiciously low" and the other mentioned a "bad smell" but even after checking the tyre again quickly on the jack, they assured me it was fine and I drove home (2 miles) but the sound was still there so I had planned to visit the mechanic the next morning.
The next morning, shortly after I left home for the mechanic (another 2 miles) the tyre burst instantaneously whilst driving and thankfully I was able to pull over safely. I called Leicestershire Tyres back and they said that if its failed again they would not change it again and they could not help, at that point I called my mechanic who said said that given all the above, its likely a failed spring and the car is not safe and needed towing.
I arranged a tow to the garage and the spring was changed, I then asked Leicestershire Tyres to replace the tyre which they did the next day with a £15 reduction.
The mechanic quizzed them as to how they missed the broken spring in the wheel well (see picture) when changing the tyre and how they could leave the car in such an unsafe state and the Leicestershire Tyres mechanic said "We didn't even look to be honest".
Overall I am most alarmed that they failed to see a sharp broken spring in the wheel well and even when 1. The car was riding low 2. There was a sound after changing the tyre 3. There was a burning smell after changing the tyre; they were happy to let me drive off with an unsafe car.
For this reason I had to leave a review to alert possible customers that although they appear to provide a cheap/reliable service, you may be left with an unsafe vehicle for you and your family. Thankfully in my case I was on a small road and could pull over safely, but the second failure could have easily happened on the motorway with a much worse outcome.
Great service! Came to me in half the time they said they would on the phone. Fast and efficient service. Also this was on Easter bank holiday!
