Nous avons passé un super dîner en terrasse au Hibou: très bonne Margarita, agréablement surpris par les plats asiatiques (currys) qui étaient bien présentés et relevés, mousse au chocolat délicieuse. Service sympathique.

We discovered this gem over New Year's Eve 2023, and honestly you need to go there! The bar is run by a couple from Lincolnshire with the cutest dog and baby- walking in, it was a relaxed environment and everyone was really friendly. Our friends stumbled upon it one night and from then on, we were in there pretty much every night. The food is also fantastic, and it's great to have something different when you're 75% cheese! The curry loaded fries, bang bang broccoli and green curry were amazing.
Definitely the place to be with local craft Pale Ale Beers from the mighty PSB brewery (Brasserie du Petit Saint Bernard / Bourg Saint Maurice). Hail to the Hibou ! Hail PSB !
We came for a drink to watch a football match. I paid 16€ for a whisky in a dirty glass. My son too. I told the bartender. Super sweet but didnt offer to change or reimbourse. My inner Karen was to tired to fight:((.
Also the steps outside where coming off the ground! I promise I wasn't drunk!
Lovely place, great service, fantastic atmosphere and a really good menu which provides excellent alternatives to the melted cheese and beef you get everywhere else.
