Utterly disgusting and extremely dirty!
While staff is very friendly and attentive, the place looks very very bad. I’m a local, been coming here for years but i will stop because I can’t imagine picking up medicines and creams for my children from a place so dirty!
In the corners of the windows are dead flies that’s been gathering there for month, all the shelves are very dusty, there is spillage on the floor that’s clearly old.
Looking over the counter, the holder where they keep the medicine is so dusty I can see it clearly and have poor eye sight!

Amazing care shown to both my elderly parents, thank you to the team especially Andrew. My prescriptions are always ready to collect, never have to wait long to be seen. Tracey is very friendly. I feel confident asking for any medical support.
Went in for a booster shot today. Was very well organized, I was in and out within 20 mins with no confusion, no additional queuing, quickly and efficiently treated. Friendly staff happy to have a joke/ chat with you. Will be using for future medical needs as well.
Been to this pharmacy couple of times for both over the counter medicines and prescriptions, staff were friendly and attentive, minimal waiting time. I would be a regular customer.
Regular customer here picking up medicine prescribed by my GP. Service is always efficient and friendly. Prescriptions are prepared as you wait, usually with a wait no longer than 5 minutes even when busy. Pharmacists are helpful and knowledgeable whenever I have questions. The pharmacy stocks a good range of general pharmacy products. Would highly recommend!
Staff were extremely rude when requesting morphine delivery. Manager maintained he needed to cut the call as I was being rude. I had to call 999 ambulance last week because my morphine was with the delivery driver, and could not be picked up by my carer, because delivery driver had to return from rounds first. Eventually , paramedics intervened because I needed the painkiller urgently. Today they kept repeating that there was a failed attempt as I did not answer the door, I had physio home visit yo try to mobilise. I am bedbound. I find their attitude patronising. They do not understand the level of pain a patient feels when they are prescribed morphine
Great service and very helpful guy behind the counter who gave very clear helpful instructions for my little baby daughter's medicine. I will definitely be back next time I need medicine in the evening because these guys open later than all the other pharmacies in the local vicinity. Really clean shop too with reasonable prices, bright lighting and lots of staff. No waiting necessary at all. Parking is also easy on the adjacent Cordelia Street.

Very thorough sanitisation, serving both those who are taking prescriptions and preparing the vaccination clinics.
Every staff member was very polite and patient while listening to the customers’ questions and concerns.
I took my second Pfizer dose of COVID-19 vaccine and was impressed with how strict with their cleaning and sanitisation processes they were.
Conversation with the owners before I left the pharmacy was insightful and respectful.
