Einzig den Service würde ich hier als „gut“ bewerten.
Die Preise sind dermaßen überzogen, während das Essen okay ist.
Aber es kann selbst im Badrutt in St. Moritz nicht sein, dass man über 100 Franken liegen lässt, damit jeder am Tisch ein einziges Stück Sashimi erhält, das nur als kleines Beispiel.
Preis-Leistung stimmt einfach nicht.
Wir waren heute zum ersten und zum letzten Mal in diesem Restaurant. Wir lieben Gourmetküche, aber in diesem Lokal erinnern einzig die Preise an Gourmetküche.
Sehr vieles ist kalt und vorgekocht. Geschmacklich alles höchstens Durchschnitt. Black Cod kostet CHF 85.- ????, eine kleine Kugel Eis kostet unglaubliche CHF 9.-.
Wer ZUMA liebt sollte sich das nicht antun, es gibt so viele andere gute Restaurants in St. Moritz...

Yellow Fin Tuna: Better than at the Porto Cervo location but not as good as at the Beverly Hills location
Sushi: Absolutely fine
Steak: Not as good as at the Porto Cervo location and also not as good as at the Beverly Hills location. Still eatable.
Ambiance: Very British, sterile and bright, not 100% our taste
Service: Perfect, extremely helpful and courteous

We went in with high expectation, but the food was so bad we thought that this is a prank.
First, edamame arrives that were not properly boiled, hard to get out of shell.
All the food was very average - if it would cost 10€ per portion, I would not complain. But having a 50€ per portion for this is not normal. Baby spinach salad is simply salad from the pack mixed with some oil, lemon and vinegar. Maki sushi were the basic ones possible - rice and bit of fish in a nori leaf, messy appearance of the rolls. Tacos - fritted pastry with dry chicken.
Overall - lowest price performace ratio ever.
If you want Asian, our suggestion is try the nearby Hato which was much better. St Moritz has many more nicer places, where you will get much better food.
