A massive thanks to the LMS team. I travelled to Oban on a trip and got a puncture on the front tyre which needed to be replaced . They made time for my issue in probably the busiest time of year for them and saved the rest of my trip.

They have been really helpful. I did have a problem with my car on my tour around Scotland and they solved the problem in less than 48h. Just check the hourly price before I thought was a little bit expensive but totally recommended
I was on holiday in Oban and my ignition wouldn't start. It turned out that the starter motor had broken and so I was towed to LMS Auto Services. Everyone was really sympathetic and pleasant. After my car was fixed about a month later the starter motor broke again at home and I had to be towed to another garage. I rang LMS telling them what had happened and they were extremely professional about it and went about getting the starter motor they had fitted returned to be tested by Bosch so that I could have a refund. They went above and beyond in trying to get to the root of the problem when they could very easily have just said no dice! A month or so had gone by, then Lachie phoned me to say that having chased it up endlessly it had been proven that the starter motor was faulty and I could have a refund for the part fitted (as I had had to pay twice for it to be re-fixed). All of this was quite a nightmare for me, especially as I am a student with not a lot of money so it meant so much how above and beyond they went to sort this out for me even though I was miles away in location. Absolutely excellent service and would definitely recommend! Big shout out to Lachie for being so wonderful :)
Can't praise the staff of LMS Auto Services in Oban highly enough. On recent trip to Oban I developed a problem with cars front tyres. LMS quickly and efficiently sorted this and cost was very reasonable. Was treated with courtesy and a smile throughout. LMS your staff are a credit to your business
Was visiting area from Liverpool when a I noticed a piece of metal grill (turned out to be exhaust shield) was dangling from underside of my Qasqai. I phoned LMS who booked it in next day and fixed it quickly for £20. Friendly, quick, no fuss. Thanks LMS.
