Ky Gon restaurant truly stands out. On a recent visit to Hitchin to catch up with friends, we stumbled upon this charming spot for a quick meal and were thoroughly delighted by the experience. The freshness and quality of the food surpassed all expectations, offering a taste that lingered pleasantly long after the meal was over. I had really nice Inside Outside Freestyle Daily Special Rolls! The staff were friendly and welcoming, I would definitely come back and recommend you to visit this restaurant. The only thing they haven’t got a liquor license yet, as it’s a new place and it takes time to get them.
It’s the perfect place for a date night.

Amazing place to eat..
I have been here twice and it’s a place that I would be revisiting again. The lady that has served me in both occasions has done a perfect job. She makes it personal and she cares about her customers. The food is very very good. Thank you
I contacted the restaurant and spoke to Diana, the restaurant owner, explained I was on a first date and my date was Vegan, I asked what she could offer and quite simply she was amazing! She explained what dishes were available or could be changed. I had a local Florist deliver a bouquet direct to the restaurant and these were placed as a centrepiece for our arrival and looked amazing, nothing was too much trouble and the level of detail was second to none! We ordered a starter but the main Sushi platter was the star of the evening, fully Vegan and absolutely amazing! We even had the chef come and speak to us and his level of passion and dedication was phenomenal! If you are looking for a Vegan meal that packs a punch or have a dietary request with a difference, I'm confident Diana and her team will be able to cater for you. The attention to detail and level of service coupled with quality of food really does set Ky Gon Sushi from the rest! An amazing evening and one left with fond memories.

Excellent food; delicious and beautifully presented. The restaurant itself is cosy and spotless. The toilets are very clean. The service is first class. Highly recommended.
Really good quality, fresh Sushi, super friendly and welcoming staff, and it's a really nice cozy place to eat. And for the amount we ate, the price was really good.
Dined in with a friend and we both really enjoyed the pho and the fresh prawn spring rolls! It was a very busy night and the waiter was rushed off his feet but did a great job at keeping us fed and watered! Will definitely be coming back again! Would recommend offering a plate with side garnish for the pho to adjust flavour as preference (hoisin sauce, siracha, bean sprouts & herbs)
Staff here are wonderful. We came for dinner last Saturday and had sushi and it was delicious! So much food we couldn't manage it all, but better that way than not enough! We will definitely be back
