Im reviewing the post office/security aspect of this shop. The pharmacy is fine/no complaints. 3/5
But the post office is a shambles. Some idiot thinks its a good idea to close for lunch at 130pm, which is silly as most people are using the service during lunch break, which is foolish and frankly just a bit thick. I have complained multiple times and nothing has changed. Every needs a break but to take one during undoubtedbly the busiest period of your business...
And the security guard is rude, and enforces queuing in the most unfriendly way possible. He lacks patience and frankly makes me not want to visit the shop.

Well staffed by helpful professionals. Prompt filling of prescriptions with easy access to additional services. I required a 24hr BP reading and was advised by my GP that Kristal Pharmacy might be able to fit a cuff more quickly than the practice, which they did without convoluted delays. The pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable, has great interpersonal skills, assessed my individual needs then fedback the results without jargon. Highly recommended!

I had a COVID booster Jab booked and was allowed get my flu jab at the same time, despite them being so busy.
This place is great, it sells all sorts and has super helpful staff including the door man, who showed me where to go for the vaccine queue.
I thought i was going to be there for a while as it was busy and had just settled down to read my book when i was called before i had a chance to read a word.
The whole thing worked like a well oiled machine, a pharmacist called Peter was running the place in an incredibly calm, efficient way, with authority but also a kindly manner and nothing seemed rushed or no one seemed hassled, it just all worked.
A very pleasant experience for a vaccine, cannot recommend highly enough. They were also taking 'Walk Ins' while i was there.

Went along for a covid Injection .I don’t normally write reviews but needs must..My local chemist needs knighting.All of the staff are so pleasant and a special mention to Peter who was informative , cheerful and delivered a pain free needle…✔️✔️✔️????
Kristal Pharmacy is just the best! ALWAYS really helpful staff. It also sells an ASTONISHING array of other things too! Usual chemist type things (soap, shampoo, sunblock, toiletries) as well as home products of all sorts: light bulbs, washing up things, kettles, hats! The list goes on!
I LOVE it!
Had a booster vaccine here and there was no queue and went smoothly. However the staff member vaccinating me was quite unsympathetic when I nearly fainted and seemed to view me as an inconvenience. Quick and efficient, but unfriendly service.
Went in to pick up a prescription and ended up having my blood pressure taken. Found out from the pharmacist called Peter that they provide a range of services, which is useful to know given the level of demand for GPs right now and the pressure they are under. Also must be said that staff at Krystals always friendly and always helpful. Use your community pharmacy, or lose it.
