Amazing service. Very professional and trustworthy people! They have managed to trace down wiring damage on my Volvo and fixed it. I was just about to loose my hope, but then Kings Motor service helped me out and fixed my car. Once again many thanks.
Took my Volvo in for specific issues due to mot fail. I asked for certain things to be fixed and instead, I was billed for various other things I did not agree to. and the issue I asked to be fixed, was not fixed.
This has now put me out of pocket and without a car as the main issue still remains.
Besides this, pretty poor communication as they would never answer the phone.
Just make sure whatever you agreed to is in writing.
I’ve often said the thing about Volvo is that the cars are great, but the dealerships and servicing is mediocre. I take my two Volvos to Kings where Tony and the team do the best job you could wish for. Friendly, great service, good price too. I trust them completely and think you should too.
Excellent service, very helpful staff, completely reliable and do a very good job of taking care of our car. Would highly recommend using this garage far any work to be done on your car.

What's the guys at Kings don't know about Volvos isn't worth knowing. But they are also very knowledgeable about other brands of vehicles. And they do all this at an incredibly respectable price. Don't take your Volvo anywhere else!

Outstanding service from Kings. Volvo V70 needed new steering rack. I sourced a rebuilt unit on ebay - didn't fit! Had my old unit refurbished, not a good job! Tony managed the whole procesd in an extremely helpful and constructive manner. Packed and returned wrong item, fitted refurbished unit , responded promptly to many queries and questions
Not many places left that offer such high quality customer service al very reasonable prices. No doubts at all about where my volvo will go for maintenance for the rest of its working life!
