Had two large cod and medium chips from here last night. All made to order, really friendly and happy lady served me. Had to pay cash as card not accepted but no problem. Good food portions and very tasty.
Had fish and chips here a few days ago and was very impressed. Excellent service, happy staff who were welcoming.

Kingfish fish shop at Queensway Ipswich is probably the best I have tasted in many years and I have had fish and chips worldwide.

After being recommended by a friend, we decided to give Kingfish a go and we were not disappointed. Apart from being good value, the portions were generous and all cooked to perfection. We will definitely be paying them another visit very soon.
Used this place for ages and normally it's been excellent all round but on this ocassion I've been left feeling really disappointed and cheated. Part of my order was for skate at a cost of £8 which isn't cheap, had it before and it has been a good portion but this time it was so small I thought they must have left the other half in the fryer! Such a shame that I won't now be using them again after this.
We have ordered from them twice now via Deliveroo, 13 July and 3 August. Fresh tasting fish and chips and they don't skimp on the portion size either. Batter is light and crispy. Best I have found for miles around and will use them again.
