Can't get a hold of anyone to say the order was incorrect wrong drinks, missing items. Have used this place many times and just recently its gone down hill big time. Won't be back
First and last time ordering form this place. Waited almost 2 hours for my order and when I tried to contact the shop, the phone number didn't work. I got in touch with Uber Eats and even they couldn't get in contact with them. Absolutely ridiculous service, will never order from here again. Avoid.
Placed order just after 8pm through Just Eat and was informed delivery would be 8.55 pm. Phoned at 9.20 pm and was told order was on board and would be next to leave and they explained they had problem with one of their drivers. Phoned again at 9.50 pm and was told order was with driver. Phoned again at 10.20 pm as still no delivery. Was told again order was with driver but they couldn't get in touch with driver. I was told drivers name was Ian then I was told it was Emma. Then we were told the manager would deliver order. Order finally arrived at 11 pm. Certainly not a good service. Very disappointed.
Had numerous negative experiences with this place for the past year now frequently forgetting parts of my order and not turning up when they’re expected to. You phone up and are given numerous excuses every time they either blame it on being busy or the driver. The shops been 5 minutes from closing before and I’ve been left waiting 3 hours on an order for a milkshake. I’ve ordered before and been phoned to be told that they don’t have half the items they had advertised available on the website, then seemed annoyed at the inconvenience of them having to refund me as they claimed to have already sent the driver with my order. Tonight I placed an order at 8pm and am still awaiting it at 22:05 I’ve phoned to see where it is and they didn’t even sound to be aware of my just eat order. They went to “check” it for me and when the girl came back on the phone I could hear someone behind her saying “just say yes” when I had asked if it was on the way yet. So it isn’t a one off they are generally incompetent at the simplest of things. Shop is over run with teenagers glued to phones and clearly not paying attention. Not run anywhere close to the standard of the Larkhall one.
£3.55 for a hot dog, the same hot dogs u get 12 for under a pound in brine with a pathetic bun double the size. £5/6 for cheese nachos that were burnt so bad the nachos went stale and it was literally glued to the bottom of the box from the melted cheese unable to get them off without pinging nacho sauce all over the house. And then £7.5 for a random mixed sweety box, which I got gave jelly, half the sweets had a funny dirty taste like they were old and sitting uncovered, and the selection was terrible, all the sweets they can't sell clearly. Never left a review in my life but AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Never ever been so disappointed by a take away in my life
Ordered dessert from this place from just eat. Order was accepted by restaurant but never arrived. No calls were answered nor no update. Will never be ordering again.
Had a few deliveries before. When I visited the shop I was appalled with the mess within the food prep area. Staff within the shop didn't seem to know what they were doing. Wouldn't recommend this takeaway, needs the health inspector to visit.
Just ordered…came on time. We asked for ferroer Rocher’s on waffles but they seemed to have gone walkies but instead we got big brown hair in sundae…didn’t see body elements as extras on menu and tbf we’ll keep to our family tradition of being blondes and redheads!!!
