Don't waste your money rice was over cooked and mushy chicken in my salt and pepper chicken was mushy hot and sour soup was sweet instead of spicy and very watery, even the dog turned his nose up at the rice
First time used since jade lake every bit as good if not better Def use more often
Would give no stars if I could. Food came, cold rice and sweet and sour sauce. Lots of food left. Absolutely horrible and un edible. Takeaway only 4mins away from home and cold. The only thing that's good is free prawn crackers which then are store bought.
Go here regular. Amazing food and great staff. The smoked chicken is another level! Can't recommend enough
First time ordering from king chef the meal was amazing hot tasty and on time the delivery driver was so polite and courteous. Every thing from taking our order over the phone to receiving our order was above and beyond our expectations thank you king chef we will we be ordering from you in the future
After spending £35.10 I was left disappointed and with a full kitchen bin. Chicken curry with mushrooms and onions was very watery and tasteless, crispy shredded chicken in Cantonese sauce was OK at best, sweet and sour chicken balls were flat to the point you'd think they'd been stood on with the sauce not the nicest, chips, fried rice, noodles and bbq spare ribs, again, OK at best. The menu I picked up on the way out the shop joined the food in the kitchen bin so that I don't make the mistake of going there again. Would not recommend and can't understand the good reviews. Why can't I find a good Chinese takeaway in Newcastle? Recommendations welcome. .
Great food, tasting really fresh and not loaded with msg favouring. Only ever collected so can't comment on delivery. Prices are reasonable considering the huge portions. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great meal that won't bankrupt you or leave you feeling like you've just ate a salt stick..

Absolutely beautiful food, the best Chinese I've had in ages and it was delivered so fast. We ordered, king prawn and char sui curry, fried rice, salt and pepper chips, salt and pepper chicken and King prawn and spare ribs in peaking sauce. The ribs had loads of meat on and they were amazing. Will order from here all the time now.
