The dish I ordered for takeout was not up to the usual standard. So I called in and provided feedback. The person on the other end, listened, apologised and thanked me for calling in to let them know. I explained I did not want a refund or replacement but he kindly insisted that they provide a suitable replacement. The replacement was perfect and the service provided after I called excellent. Highly recommend.
The food from here was fantastic and great value for money. We will definitely be ordering from here again and would definitely recommend it. The delivery driver was extremely polite and pleasant too.
Normally decent service and food from them but just ordered today waited till the time they said it was being delivered it never came... waits 40 mins longer.. nothing. Decided to contact them for the man who answered to very rudely tell me it was cancelled!! No explaination.. no update or text/call saying so either. But they had the cheek to take my money and cut me off when asking for a refund. !!! Will be taking it to police soon.
I ordered 6.40 now time is 9.00.waiting and not atend fone no any reply . next time i will never order khyber pass. Bycot form us,
They have great variety of food. Absolutely Love their chicken and lamb. The staff is nice and friendly, you can joke around with them.
You can either eat in or take out, as they have few tables at the back.
Sometimes you might have problem with finding parking space there as the whole street is shops and barbers, not to mention the people living on it.
food 35 minutes late, very cold, oily and leaking oil as you press it, smelly---both pizza was worst called them to report it. very bad attitude and was told do what ever you can. we don't refund or send any thing to you etc i said i request nothing but come and take this to see whats wrong they send the driver i have sent the food back no money or food was sent back to me very disappointed don't order you will regret never never never order if you want good for yourself or u r family go else place avoid plz plz ....
Great customer service. I live in Derby but always come here for pizza. I would recommend it to anyone.
Ordered the double pizza offer and the meal deal for 2 the pizzas were delicious and the kebabs were of top quality which came in a great portion for our family
