Customer service? Not in this shop. Five minutes waiting while the youth behind a computer ignored everybody, while doing a prescription. When asked if he might find someone to serve, he made a massive sigh as if that was such hard work. Eventually a colleague appeared. Really really poor. Avoid if possible
