Every time I order a curry or a kabab there amazing taste fantastic staff are polite my wife kids love there pizza's all round top place
2 and half hours for food thats stine cold and half my order then drivers banging on my door trying to force me to take pizza i havent even ordered and now ships ringing me over and over repeating hello over and over just had harassment to the list will take it up with uber eats tomorrow
Awesome place to eat from a great range of delicious food. Plenty of indoor seating and set in a prime location. The food is awesome, particularly the pizzas and kebabs. The staff are super friendly and hardworking. Would definitely recommend 10/10
I’ve been coming here for years. Used to get a Beef Burger and chips every other week with my friends till we became fond of the curries. Recently purchased a curry with poppadoms and rice and tasted brilliant. I’ve been to a few curry places in Nelson and this has been one of my best so far.
Kebab is reasonable but I've had a lot better
They are rude, one cannot ask what is fresh as they are busy. They do not have time to talk. If you are of a brown skin colour they feel they can speak to you however. Nothing is fresh it is all made the night before. Rudeness beyond belief, customer service there is none. Never again.
I went to this takeaway at about 1300 hours. I asked the assistant if the ovens were hot to do a pizza. He said everything was up and running fine. The oven was ready to cook.
I ordered a pizza. After about 20 minutes he came out with my pizza. He asked £5.50 for it even though on the menu it clearly said £5.00.
He took my money at which point I had to question why he was charging me 50p extra. He said he had meant £5.00.
He had asked me and confirmed he wanted £5.50 twice !!!
The pizza itself was cooked fine on top and bottom. In the middle it was just raw dough. I was appalled. I had stopped using this shop for this very reason 5 years ago. It had obviously not changed !
I have vowed not to go to this place again. And I wonder how people put up with this kind of service.
We had to re cook the pizza at home.
My friend said he knew why the assistant had asked for an extra 50p. He told me he had seen that before here and at other shops. Foreign workers inflate the price of the product slightly at the till. They then pocket the difference.
I am trying to find the owner to make him or her aware of this. I am not happy about this at all. Daylight robbery.
To make it worse food was raw !!!!
£7 plate for a biryani? Mate it's not even that expensive in London. The staff was rude, and the taste of Biryani felt like they just opened a ready meal from tesco. Please stay away from this fake food shop.
