I’ve had a terrible experience with this garage, I’d like to share. So my car broke down day of flying to spain and took it into the garage. The day of coming back after 2 weeks when it should have been ready, I was told it wasn’t and waited a further week. When I picked it up a week after they said it was good to go and Carl reassured me that it was running okay, it wasn’t going over 10mph and stalling. Another 2 and half weeks later I got it back after continuously ringing to check when it would be ready as I need my car for my job. There were many ‘reasons’ why it had taken so long.. They said they ordered the right part but didn’t it come correct. Following this they said they hadn’t had it delivered after reordering the part for 4 days, when I was told it would be the next day. I was frustrated at this point and when I rang to check when my car would be ready they said ‘it’ll be ready when it’s ready’- no date, nothing. They would say that they would update me but each time it was me calling to find out. The worst part of the whole experience was the owner Carl and the other mechanic started being aggressive and offering to fight me outside their workplace when I went to pick it up as I had explained that it was a joke how long it had taken.
Can’t emphasise enough how unprofessional, poor and rude they both were with the whole matter. I have no idea how they run a business with this attitude and I wouldn’t like to see how they speak to others when they aren’t happy with the garages service.
I recommend no person to visit this garage, and hope it does get shut down.
Absolutely brilliant place. I needed a rare part replacing on my old Japanese 4x4. One of the guys went to the effort to ring his Motor Factors and even the manufacturer. The extor tionate price he was quoted for the part meant they advised me, if I could source a (3rd party/OEM) one myself they'd fit it. I traced the part from an internet bay auction site, and they fitted it for an extremely reasonable charge. Good to know in this day and age, there are honest businesses that do great service and aren't just out to rip folks off. Highly Recommended! Support honest businesses like this cos there's less and less of them about! ????
Honest and professional! I went to get a free engine diagnostic for my diesel engine after having a few issues and they quickly determined the problem and explained the repairs would be £200 which usually leads to £800-1000 for all to be repaired but explained how I could resolve the issue myself and told me to give that a try before spending. Following their advice, the car has run perfectly since.

Went for warranty repair as this company is used by dealer I bought a car from. No nonsense garage, sorted by Brian who did the fitting fast and was friendly. Would definately recommend. All I had to do was wander around outside for half an hour! No idea on cost or other things on offer as was a warranty repair, but they are an mot centre too, and place looks clean and professional.
Top guys, very professional. You can trust these guys 100%. Highly recommended. I sent my neighbour (she had been quoted over £400 for welding and work for an MOT) she was back on the road for less than £100! Totally recommended.
