Trustworthy and fair with an outstanding service. I’ve used this garage a few time over the last few years and i have found the service to be exemplary. I can’t recommend them highly enough. I used them again this week and as always the service and knowledge was perfect. It’s refreshing to find a car garage that actually values their clients, is trustworthy and goes above and beyond.
Avoid by any means
In September they replaced my clutch and damaged my radiator.
I have proof it was damaged by them, tried to call them several times.They said they would call me back but never happened.

Very helpful, polite and the lady at reception was very lovely.
They not fixed the problem and they charged the money.
Good for cost and undertaking of standard mechanical needs.

I took my car to these guys after engine over heating, they charged me for all the tests and told me that it was the thermostat and water pump. I gave them all the parts and they charged me over £200+ for labour and diagnostics. Then covid hit and couldn't drive the car for a while. When I was able to drive it, I noticed the same problem, I took the car back and was told need to replace all the same parts and charged me again £200+. (so far I have spent nearly £600 for parts and labour) After fitting the same parts which were replaced first time and paying for labour, same problem again for the 3rd time. They were adamant it's not the head gasket as they have done the test. I have since then tried to take my money back as they have not fixed the problem. I spoke with the owner and he started swearing in the office telling me I'm wasting their time and tried to tell me that they are not at fault. My question was simple, I paid for a problem to be fixed not once but twice as they are meant to be the professionals and who did all the tests. The problem is not resolved.
This is my personal experience and I can see some people have given 5+ stars, but be very careful with these people if you are thinking of using them for anything as they are 100% scam artists arrogant and rude (not when they are taking your money though) !!!
I had an exhaust problem on my commute from Bristol to Swindon. Called them to see if they could help and was told if I could get to the garage they'd have a look for me. when I got there they got my car up on the ramp, identified the issue and sorted it out for me there and then. Really helpful, obliging and great value. If this is how they treat all of their customers then they deserve every success in the future.
They replaced a component in the exhaust system and forgot to remove the older one causing leakage. It was still hanging out when the other garage found out. Careful when using this garage.
