This is one of the bad surgery ever. When you trying to contact them via phone to book an appointment. They are always fully booked. In addition to the above.. the receptionist thinks they own the surgery. So rude. Not sure why we are wasting our tax on this surgery. U can understand if it one occasion but this is the case every time when u call them. I’m in the process of changing the surgery.. hopefully I’ll I won’t have to go thru like this again ????
Receptionist my goodness why they even bother to come to work? Rudeness also have limits I don't know if they ever smile in their life time. As soon you ask any questions you will see their angry face & I just want to say to that lady I pay my taxes & it is my right but Im not rude so I walked away. Gp receptionist always rude only good knows what is their problem.
why are the receptionist in this gp centre so rude for no reason . its like the moment they pick up a call they intend to dismiss you and hang up. Most of the reviews point out to this. I would urge people to point this out to the gps and nurses they see so this matter can be reviewed. this surgery really takes top marks for rudeness and lack of compassion. the doctors and nurses that see us are okay but the receptionist are something else
The worse gp ever.they only give oppointment to their family and friends.i have a disable child and I can't get and oppointment. U call at 8am and u are 50 in d queue. The worse thing I done was to leave my gp in Redbridge. Worse gp .I wouldn't recommend no blacks to join
My family and I have been patients at this surgery for many years. I have many medical problems so I contact the surgery very frequently for everything from ordering prescription to making appointments and everything in-between. I have absolutely no reason to complain about the service I receive from this surgery. I have found the Doctor's , the Nurse's, the receptionists (morning and evening staff) and the lady who takes the blood to be nothing but friendly, helpful, professional, polite and understanding regarding everything that I have approached them about. In my opinion nothing seems too much for the staff at this surgery who will often go out of their way to make you feel at ease and valued as a patient .Well done!!
This is probably the worst gp. Previously we as a family were able to get appointments but past couple of years it has gone so bad that we call at 8am but no one picks up or it gets disconnected. The reception staff are so unprofessional especially 2 of them. Old days gp was much better, these so called Morden days gp are hilarious.
Over 20 years I have been here and it was an amazing surgery, so helpful and personal but of late it is worse as it gets!! No service or help from reception staff, never an appointment, call at 8 and can't get fru or get hung up on, no follow up calls and now no repeat prescription unless by email in advance and even then they get ignored
Such a rude staff. I asked her where to complain as I called many times at 8 am and call get dropp itself without attending. She said very rudely I can't do anything! Come surgery to complaint. If they have no appointments , why are we paying money to the rude staff. Please remove rubbish staff atleast.
