I was recommended by a friend of mine to see Immigration consultant M A Motin by a friend for my housing issue. I was truly impressed by his professionalism, quality of service, responsiveness, and value. My mother booked a consultation with Mr Kalam to seek legal advice.
However she could not attend the consultation as she had to attend a funeral of a close family member.
We tried contacting Kalam Solicitors by phoning the firm numerous times during opening hours, yet nobody bothered to pick up the phone.
Since nobody answered any of the phone calls, we decided to email Kalam Solicitors to inform them that my mother cannot attend the consultation with Mr Kalam due to unforeseen circumstances - we did not receive an email response back.
Days later after trying to cancel the consultation via phone call and email, my mother decided to come to the firm in person to see Mr Kalam. She travelled one hour - from South West London to East London just to seek legal advice from him.
My mother wanted to seek legal advice from Mr Kalam. However, Mr Kalam was not warm or welcoming towards my mother.
My mother also tried explaining to Mr Kalam that she could not have attended the consultation due to the fact she had to go to a funeral, and she tried cancelling the consultation.
Mr Kalam was very dismissal and expressed to my mother, "you have wasted my time, and you are wasting your time."
My mother had once respected Mr Kalam as he is seen as a respectable figure in the Bengali community. However, after meeting him she is now disappointed.
I do not understand how Mr Kalam can lack compassion and empathy towards my mother as she had recently lost a loved one.
I would not recommend anybody to book a consultation at Kalam Solicitors. Mr Kalam is unprofessional and the receptionist does not answer calls or respond to emails.
All in all, it is not worth spending your money for legal advice from Kalam Solicitors.
Ask for Mr M A Motin immigration consultant for the best immigration advise! Mr Motin makes everything easy to understand and makes you feel at ease in every instance and situation no matter how nervous you may feel.
Highly recommended and personally seen the help for countless family members and friends with success.

Poor skill and experience , i went to him (Matin) to get a good idea but i felt like i knew that things much better than him . Just wasting money and time
