Things have obviously changed with the arrival of Lee, shame really Ian and Ricki were a good team.
Have take all 3 of my vehicles over a few year's and Ian is always pleasant and ready to chat. But today I had taken my van for an mot and when Ian rang me and told me it passed then I asked him how much it costs he said £45.00. But when I got there the lad said £60.00. I have spent over £3000.00 with them over the years but unfortunately I won't be spending anymore a bulb doesn't cost £15.00 especially when there was no bulbs out when I drove it in.
Great guys been using them for a few years for our business and personal vehicles. Always go the extra mile and never yet been let down by them. Very honest, trustworthy and fair. Will talk you through anything they find and show you the problem before starting any unauthorised work. Truly genuine and would recommend time and time again. We run a courier company covering upto 70,000 miles a year in each vehicle, lots of visits and always happy with service

I hate writing any negative a review, but this one is absolutely zero stars.
I took my car there a few times, good service initially, however once I had a very noisy wheel bearing issue which was coming from the front left, then Ian said is the rear right. I trusted his judgment, he replaced the rear = 250 quid, the noise remained the same. When I went back and questioned, I was told "that rear wheel bearing was worn, but you have a slight noise coming from the differential", suddenly he was short of time to assess the problem, busy with other repairs, whilst his proposal was that I would need the wole gearbox opend by "a specialist partner", costs at least 700 quid, then they can tell what the issue is, then quote the price of the repair and so on... I went to another place, got the front left wheel bearing replaced and never heard the noise again...
recommendation: do not go there!
