Everyone at this pharmacy is so helpful! I wrongly received a fine from the NHS because they thought I collected a prescription before my prepayment certificate was valid but I didn't and Priya was happy to get involved and defend my case. Without her, I would have had to pay that fine so I'm very grateful she was happy to help!
