Good sized portion of really nice fresh chips at a fair price, pleasant staff.
Disgusting fish was over cooked the batter was so hard couldn't eat it, the peas was thrown all over the chips some of the chips were green and most of them had eyes in them
My family ordered a mixture of items, cod and chips were great, unfortunately the scampi wasn’t so much, although I have to credit their fantastic service as upon raising this to staff they couldn’t have been more helpful in making sure I got the food I wanted and was satisfied. Thank you to the staff for resolving the issue so well and for the great service.
Used to do nice hot dogs , grumpy staff member told me today they had stopped doing them. So I went to Jenkins and had really nice roll , really nice staff in Jenkins couldn’t recommend enough , ps grumpy chip shop didn’t even have onions for a cheese burger , no excuse what with being next to co op , and this was at ten past 12 in afternoon , I mean they don’t open till 12 ????
Lovely food. Crispy batter and nice fish. Chips were well done with good salt and vinegar. Lost a star as no pickles were sold. There is limited parking out front. Good prices as well.
Fish was quite thin and a bit overcooked with a bit of an old grease flavour. Chip were nice and mushy peas hot. Battered Sausages went down. You pay 10% extra to eat in. Not bad but wouldn't hurry back.
Fish and chips was very good, however I could have caught it and cooked it quicker myself ????... Almost a half hour wait after order taken.
