I can highly recommend Jordell. When my car is poorly I take it in to Michael who always knows immediately what the problem is. The service is second to none. An example - my car was making a dreadful noise so I limped home and called Michael. He arrived very quickly to assess the problem. I had a flat tyre so not a mechanical issue but this illustrates the service offered to customers.
1st garage I’ve walked into as a woman and felt instantly comfortable! The whole teams really friendly and welcoming! I’ve definitely found my new go to garage. They did a great job and quickly. Worth the travel 100% to find such a fantastic hidden gem.
I can highly recommend Michael at Jordells. I had a problem with the Turbo on my Jaguar which was just over the 3 year warranty and Marshalls where I brought the Car wouldn’t even see it for 4 months ( won’t be going back there ). Other mechanics around Wheatley were not interested apart from one who in the end was not capable of fixing it. Michael came to the rescue and sorted it out, all fixed now and running like it used to.

I was driving from London to Manchester and my tyre blowout on the motorway and I couldn't change it because I don't have the tools, so I searched for the nearest garage and I found Jordell Ltd. When they saw my tyre like this they pull my car inside the garage right away and change it at no cost. I really appreciate it and that's so kind of them

Fantastic service from Michael Coleman and the team at Jordell. I have two Jaguars they look after and they have sorted small problems and also conducted my servicing. It's refreshing to find someone who is interested in the cars and their customers. The costs are reasonable and much lower than main dealers I have dealt with previously. If you are looking for a friendly knowledgeable service, I would recommend you visit Jordell
