Best KPortal Reviews

We visited the restaurant which is in a separate area. There is a good choice of menu with vegetarian options. It is all on one level so it's wheelchair accessible. Dogs are only allowed outside. We only visited for a meal so I cannot comment on the hotel side of the business.
A big thank you for excellent service and food. My wife and children are gluten/dairy free which was catered for by Tony (Chef) with fresh hand baked pizzas. Very Impressed A*
So pleased to have discovered this restaurant. What an enjoyable meal we had this evening, probably the best roast beef dinner I have had in years. Excellent friendly service and a warm, comfortable, cozy space in which to dine, we'll definitely be back!
Would not recommend, even it were free!
Took my family along with a large group for Christmas lunch. 2.5 hrs after being seated we were starting our main course.
Couldn't get a drink for 25 minutes due to not enough staff to cater for 10 people, let alone 30.
Food was average at best and service was shocking. The few staff they had working were spot on but overall terrible experience.
Ruined our Christmas day.
Will definitely not be returning!
The quality and taste of the food was fantastic. Value for money on food and drinks was great. Cant wait to return. The staff were brilliant, especially Sam. The chilli and prawn pasta is a must try, immense flavours.
Really enjoyed the food in the restaurant. We went for the pasta dishes with a salad and home made coleslaw on the side all delicious, freshly prepared and well presented. They also do pub favourites, surf and turf and fish n chips which all looked great. Service was attentive and very friendly. Prices very reasonable for the quality of food we had which was very good. Would thoroughly recommend a visit.
Been here few times always had nice meal I suspect it's change 'hands' first thing that we noticed the smell of burnt food the culprit was a very black pizza on the counter but maybe some one ordered it that way. The place was so noisy we had to shout at each other , my partners brem was very very small the dish 'bulked up with roasted tomatoes not worth the price charged my Carbonara was not traditional ,full of pieces of fat Which made me gag when I questioned this was told the meat (what meat) was pork belly fat URGHHH stop messing with dishes !! so I opted for the lasagne which by the time it came the other 3 in our party had finished eating & were waiting for me I was told it would be 10 minutes sadly it was more 20/ 25 it was nothing special rather mushy but tasty enough we won't be going back Oh & on leaving we saw a couple more burnt pizzas half eaten being taken away|
We started to visit here a few weeks ago, and we are now a regular customer. Great food, quality beer, and the staff are amazing even when they’re busy. And the customers are so very friendly. Thank you to the owners and staff for making this an amazing place. Even our Dog looks forward to our visits ????????
