I approached John Lagan body shop with a 12 month old car that our (big) dogs had scratched whilst jumping up and trying to get the cat, which was sat on the roof!
From the first phone call I made, to getting the work completed, they've been extremely helpful and professional! The repair(fortunately) amounted to only polishing a number of panels, with those panels now looking good as new!
I will definitely use them again if I have further bodywork repairs required.

I took a day off work for this company to come and quote a car on my driveway, and they cancelled the morning of via email for no proper reason other than they didn't fancy it. Complete waste of time.
