Terrible. Waited 45 minutes after queuing for 30. Eventually asked if there was a problem & magically my medication was ready? Pretty sure they just forgot I was there. Installed the app & arranged delivery for repeats. Never had a delivery. Always had to go in & pester them. "Oh, we haven't got it I . I'll order it." Why hasn't it been ordered in the two weeks since my order was approved? Every time. Shelves for OTC are empty, staff act as though you're an idiot or should know how the intricacies of the system work. Wanted to support a small business rather than go to Boots but I've NEVER had such an awful customer experience. Avoid. They're relying on the fact they are next to the GP surgery.
SHOCKING AVOID please use at your own peril this is a disgrace and should be notified to relevant healthcare authorities how they can survive with the demeaning treatment of patients for health care is beyond me i wouldn’t give them a star but had to to leave a review please go elsewhere as your treatment isn’t there priority even the doctors next door won’t advise you to use them as they are next door it’s a disgrace to treat patients in this way surely the have to follow regulations in patients charter also worth noting that they don’t answer there telephone it’s not the 1900 anymore but these clowns behaviour resembles the 1900 if theses reviews weren’t warranted they would reply to them as any business would the just don’t care please report to your MP as patients have rights to access medicines quickly and efficiently without being dehumanised in the process good luck moving forwards please if your reading this treat patients not customers patients with enough health issues without you adding to there stress of access to medication you have been warned!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Very bad customer service, one prescription takes two or three times to collect it, they are playing customer as a card. Expecially the prescription wasn't just handed in, they can still tell you because these medicines are popular, that's why I can't get it, even they received it weeks ago, they still can't manage it. Don't think it's just happened once, that's so many times, otherwise I won't bother commenting here. Wasted time!!! If I could, I would give a negative 5 star. Shocking!!!
It's not the same pharmacy as a few years ago The service is simply pathetic you have to wait a long time there are terribly long queues The girls who work there have the impression that they do this job out of grace and they are incomprehensible at all. I come with a prescription and I have to wait 25 minutes for my medicines because they are probably made in the back room ???????????? It's very dirty!
Staff are nice but the wait for just the prescription pick up is a bit long, for just pick up i shouldn’t be waiting for 10 minutes and giving someone their medications takes 2 minutes.
I have been phoning for 4 hours phone engaged constantly cant get anyone to order a prescription phone rang for ages just after 9 then someone picked it up and hung up not put phone back
My first visit today i needed a prescription it was made within 20 minutes Well pleased
If I could give zero stars i would this chemist has been taken over an I have got to say for a worse service.it takes over a week now to receive prescription when doctors are only next door and never receive full prescription as they are always out of stock ??
