Outstanding customer service from Jay. Visited Pembrokeshire for the day and my car went into limp mode with the engine warning light coming on, a long way from home! After a quick phone call, Jay attended, diagnosed and fixed my car at the road side within 2 hours, including sourcing a replacement part. A 1st class mechanic and service. Highly recommended.
Exceptional and courteous service. Jay certainly lived up to previous reviews and some. Car mechanical failure while on holiday was sorted within the day and with no prior notice. Not only did he correct the main issue (a wheel bearing) and other associated works but also advised on other work that should be done when back at home; offered to speak to local garage if helpful.
Car broke down on our way to holiday at Bluestone. Jay sorted the issue for us within 24 hours and really saved the day. Even cost less than estimated. Can't thank Jay enough! Highly recommend.
Very pleased with the service and work done on our car. Had new discs pads and full service at a reasonable price on our Mercedes. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
Reversed into a collapsible bollard which shunted into the rear brake lines and ABS loom. Called late morning, warm welcome and very accomodating. Later in the evening I had the car back all sorted.
