Jacob has done a cracking job with my Sportage. He is reliable, knowledgeable and flexible around drop offs etc. He also done a last minute oil change for me and fitted me in when all other garages fob you off with insane waiting time. Thanks for all your hard work fella and would recommend to others. Also good value for money!
I recently bought a car an I needed a service done as I didn't know when the last service was because the previous own was unsure when they had a service done to the car. I contacted Jacob for a quote an with in hours I had response, I was please with the quote and booked the car in for a service. I am very please with the job Jacob did, he is very professional and explain things very well. There are a few jobs that needs doing which Jacob explained to me aswell as add it to the invoice. Well definitely be back to sort out the jobs he recommended.
I was experiencing a weird electrical problem on my car, I spoke with Jacob on the phone and described the issues. From that info he had a good idea what was causing the problems. He visited my address and sorted the electrical problem and repaired the unit in a timely manner and at very good rates. Car now sorted and a very happy customer. Would definitely recommend to others.
JJs really helped me out with urgent repairs needed because of binding calipers. The service provided was really professional, efficient, and friendly. Jacob took the time to explain the issues and offer options and I will be happy to use JJs again; I'm very happy with the outcome.
Needed urgent help when our car broke down. JJ's was the only company out of at least 10 that we called who responded. Jacob came to our guest house in Poole and replaced the alternator for us to enable us to make our way back to the ferry so we could get back home to Jersey! Excellent and professional mechanic. I couldn't have been happier with Jacob's service. Our car broke down on a Sunday afternoon and our recovery man didn't have the part to repair it. We found JJ's and gave them a ring. Jacob kindly ordered in the part and was round the very next day in his mobile van as soon as the part was in. Our car was fixed within half an hour. The price was very fair, Jacob explained everything to us and was very knowledgeable, and waited whilst we tested the car too. Outstanding service!
