If you want overdone chicken with an attitude, this is the place to go!!
We are staying in Richmond and decided on the takeaway and phoned up but the member of staff on the phone was very abrupt and unhelpful.
Walked over to collect and was told cash only, again with the attitude. The meal came to £15.50 gave him £20 and he seemed surprised that I wanted the change.
Got the food back and the kebab was absolutely fine to be fair, but the four piece chicken meal consisted of very dark brown massively over done bone dry chicken. I wasn't expecting KFC but at least something edible..shared kebab and the rest in the bin. Definitely wouldn't go again!!
Ordered a thin crust pizza 12 inch size. 3 Toppings for £10. Took 10-15 minutes to make. Must admit it wasn't the best pizza i've ever had ; seemed to be lacking in flavour somehow ( pepperoni, ham, mushrooms). Appeared to have quite a number of customers.Two guys working there making everything from scratch were very pleasant. 29th June2019
The lash goshte lived up to the hype, very tasty. Putting a kebab & chips inside a calzone sounds mad but it really works, give it a try!
If your in Richmond and looking for the best takeaway food Jacoubs is the one...... Lashgoshte is amazing
Bloke at the till was friendly, pizza was nice and succulent, meat choice on pizza was good, only downside is that i had hot explosive diarrhea the next day. Overall I’d recommend, side note, leave a loo roll in the fridge for when the food hits.
We travel from Darlington for the delicious and very filling Lash Goshte...... absolutely SPOT ON!!
Staff are very friendly, never a long waiting time, always hot and definitely worth the money!

Passing through, tried the calzone. Good food for good price. Was huge... couldn't finish it. If local would return.
Just not value for money or taste or what’s stated on the menu. Ordered a large Miami melt that should have come with salad n cheese on the burger n had neither. Very dry n cold !! to say we only walked across the square to collect
