Jamie has looked after our cars for about 12 years and we have always had an excellent service at a very competitive price. Whatever the problem, Jamie is always super helpful, reliable and professional. Most recently the car wouldn't start on a Saturday out of the blue, Jamie ordered a part and had us back on the road in a matter of hours. He even washed the car and fixed another intermittent fault he had spotted! Can 100% recommend.
I've use J Brett Autos for a number of repairs on my Mercedes and the service has been superb, always quick to fit me in, very informative in terms of the work and costs (which have been very reasonable) and always happy to go the extra mile to help. My car recently failed it's MOT on a cracked alloy and seatbelt failure - Jamie lent me an alloy so I could still get about while mine was welded and had the repaired alloy and new seatbelt fitted within 48 hours. Would definitely recommend!
Had a problem with my suspension on my Audi A4. Gave Jamie a call, he gave me an exact, very competitive price and a concise explanation of work to be carried out, booked the car in for next day (Saturday). He carried out the work faultlessly, even sending me photos of work /parts to be fitted. 3 hours later, car back and driving perfectly for my Mot retest. Polite, courteous and extremely knowledgeable guy. Won't hesitate to use again.
Please use this guy he couldn't do enough for us when he fixed my daughter's car after a ridiculous quote from vauxhall kingswinford and when repairing mum's car after a bump.

Awesome, friendly service. Took my car down this afternoon as it was making a terrible noise. Problem was diagnosed, parts ordered, delivered, fitted, and I was back on my way in under 2 hours. All done at a great price as well. Definitely recommend!
