Maravilloso! Teníamos muchas ganas de rememorar nuestro viaje por Louisiana y ha sido una gozada hacerlo en InFusion. Todo ha sido de matrícula de honor: los champiñones rebozados con salsa de chile, las tiernísimas costillas a la barbacoa, la jambalaya de marisco y el postre helado de mora... Todo ello en un local con mucho encanto en el que se recomienda reservar porque siempre está lleno. Comida cajún en su máximo esplendor. Espectacular.
Buena relación calidad/precio.
El pan con ajo... Hubiésemos preferido algo más elaborado...

Made a booking online beforehand and was so glad we did. Waitress was really warm and welcoming on arrival and throughout. We had the Louisiana ribs which were very spicy and Lasagne followed by 2 frozen desserts, all the food was fabulous and extremely great value for money, would definitely recommend
Best food in Corralejo. We have been to Corralejo four times in the past year and finally managed to get a reservation at InFusion and it was well worth the hype. The atmosphere is so cosy and the food is out of this world good! We had a three course meal including the fillet steak which was cooked to perfection and so well seasoned. Everything is home made, even the sweet chili sauce and all the food tastes and looks like it should cost three times the price!
If you are lucky enough to snap up a table do have a dessert, can't recommend the frozen cheesecake enough! We will book before we travel next time to make sure we can have the pleasure of eating here again! ????

Went on a recommendation from a local, we were lucky, book the night before to avoid disappointment or possibly earlier, food is fantastic. It's about 1min walk off main street hardly off the beaten track.
Super food with a spicy twist. Best to book in advance. We visited again just last week (October 2023). The food was delicious. My partner opted for the Sea Bream (served boned) and I went for the Ham hock. Both dishes were really good and the portions are of a good size. Highly recommended.
Ate twice during our 7 day stay in Corralejo. We pre booked as we couldn't get in last year. We could have happily eaten every night at Infusion. The service was lovely, and the food absolutely gorgeous with different flavours and so fresh. We both just loved the entire experience. Great value too. We will definitely be booking again for next year.
