Gehobener Inder. Das indische Essen schmeckt gut, ist aber eher hochpreisig und oft auch nicht rein indisch, sondern eher moderne fusion. Der Service war zuvorkommend und es gab mehrere Servicemitarbeiter. Das Ambiente ist gehoben und es gibt eine große Auswahl an Wein. Eine gute Wahl für Dates, aber für mich kein authentisches indisches Restaurant.
Gutes indisches Essen, schön serviert. Top Service. Sehr zufrieden. Ich empfehle das Lachs Tandoori! Echt zart, vergeht auf der Zunge. Auch bekannt für gute Drinks. Reservieren lohnt sich, der Laden ist schnell mal voll. Einziges Manko: Preis. Kleine Häppchen zum Teilen für grosse Scheine im Portemonnaie.
Wonderful ambient dinner at Inda-Bar (and yes, I keep hearing Zindabad in my head instead). Vegetarian options are solid, with a chaat-spiced daal makhani and a kadhai paneer with hints of feta. The cheese Naan has a Swiss accent to it with the cheese flavours which is really nice, and complements the daal well.

J'ai eu l'occasion de tester le restaurant Inda-Bar à Genève, et j'en garde une impression mitigée.
Le cadre est très sympa et contemporain, avec une ambiance DJ et une bonne musique. Le service est moyen, comme dans tout restaurant d'ambiance. Les serveurs sont sympathiques, mais un peu pressés.
La cuisine est bonne et bien présentée. C'est une cuisine indienne revisitée, avec des influences méditerranéennes et asiatiques. Les plats sont originaux et savoureux.
Cependant, si vous recherchez une cuisine indienne authentique, il vaut mieux changer de restaurant. Les plats ne sont pas vraiment représentatifs de la cuisine indienne traditionnelle.
Inda-Bar est un bon endroit pour passer un bon moment entre amis. La cuisine est originale et savoureuse, et l'ambiance est festive. Cependant, ce n'est pas un restaurant pour les amateurs de cuisine indienne authentique.
The food is just great. Great re-interpretation of Indian restaurant classics. Even the samosas were a piece of art. The cocktails are also good. Sometimes there are delays in food coming and you end up with a bunch of nan bread but without the food that goes with it. Other than that very good.

Each dish is expertly prepared, using fresh and high-quality ingredients. I enjoyed the vegetarian options and especially the spicy cheese naan. The drinks at Inda Bar are equally impressive, offering a diverse and well-crafted selection of beverages.

J’étais surpris de revoir Morad, une nostalgie de la Réserve m’envahit ;) bravo à lui ????.
Bref , excellent , deux trois petits détails dans le service, comme certains oublies ou retard mais l’ambiance est cool , les cocktails sont top donc on ne peut qu’être tolérant. Malgré le monde et le stress que les serveurs ont , ils restent courtois, polis et souriants et font en sorte que votre moment se passe à merveille.
