It's the first time in this pharmacy in Warmley & I went to get advice from the pharmacist. She was really rude & couldn't even give me the time of day. They had 5 staff in & no one took any notice of me when I walked in, I was the only customer in the shop at the time. Don't bother to go there, so many other helpful pharmacists in Boots! Wouldn't even give it 1 star, but I can't give a review without it.
This is undoubtedly the best pharmacy I have ever used. The staff are friendly and the pharmacists here are really helpful and informative, and they continue to give their best under pressure! Will never go anywhere else
The only pharmacy we have used to date who are efficient in providing our regular prescriptions on time. Our doctors provide the prescriptions on repeat for one of us, its always ready and never been incorrect.
Lovely people to deal with and pharmacy holds a great range.

Update some months later:- Please support this pharmacy. They are excellent and we have very few local shops and this is one of our best.
Why travel to super stores when this pharmacy hold a lovely range of items including gifts. If you don’t see what you are looking for, ask. They always know where it is if in stock.
Always helpful and friendly has prescription in stock I have use this chemist for over four years now and never had any issues they also stock some usefull household products at reasonable prices also always a pleasure to use this chemist

This is the best pharmacy I have ever used. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. They are super friendly, very knowledgeable and efficient. Furthermore, they genuinely care about their customers. Recently I rang from my holiday in Greece for details of my daughters medication as it was in our missing suitcase. Emails were sent straight away so that we were able to replace the vital medication. Thank you so much
I cannot praise ideal pharmacy enough. Their patient centered care is their utmost priority. They take time to get to know you and your clinical needs and always respond appropriately. The service they provide is above and beyond any expectation. Nothing is too much trouble for them.
