All the usual frozen products available. Selection of fresh fruit and veg, chilled goods, breads and cakes. Some items seem expensive compared to other supermarkets. Well situated on easy to get to on retail park.
Ordered for items for delivery, half the items were not delivered and the delivery was late. To add to this I phoned Iceland only to have the phone picked up and instantly put down. Rude and incompetent!!!
Fabulous store and now even better with our bonus card which we recently applied for, the savings when on a pension make a real difference. The staff are always polite and friendly
Amna (one of the staff) helped me out when I was struggling to find something, very kind, helpful and patient after another employee spoke quite rudely to me after I had asked them for help, they were also gossiping with another staff member when I approached them for help! Thank you Amna for helping me out :)
My online shop was delayed and I was put out till I learned the M65 was closed due to major incident.
I called the store who were lovely and sent my driver back out. Got my shopping just after 8pm. The driver was awesome. Thank you so much for going above and beyond today!
It was good not many people in
But the weather was bad that night, they had everything I needed
Fantastic store and staff! You can’t beat the prices, what is there to complain about! ????✨????
Entertainment that's all I can say. I'd just dropped the kids off at scouts and needed to nip in for a few bits so it was close to closing time. There was only one other customer who had a very large handbag and was muttering to herself and appeared to be taking her time browsing, taking in every detail of every item, picking things up and looking closely at labels as I quickly looked for what I needed. We got to the till at the same time. There were two young ladies running the store, just tidying up at the end of the day, getting ready to bring the shutters down. I let the 'browsing woman' go in front of me as she only had either a bottle of water or a packet of crisps, but she smelled strongly of drink as she went past. She handed her purchase to the young lady whilst the other one (possibly the manager) stood to the side ready to take the cash box out of the till once we had finished. As 'boozy browser' reached into her oversized handbag and fishing around presumable to find her purse two huge jars of Nescafé coffee fell out into the packing area. She grabbed for them automatically while suspiciously blurting out "oh I've not stolen these I bought them at home bargains" the girl serving on the till told her that the jars they sell have a sticker to set the door alarm off so she wasn't accusing her of anything. With that our main protagonist grabbed the coffee and ran straight out of the shop, dropping one jar as she left but not stopping to retrieve it of even see it miraculously bounce on the he matting by the he door. Pure class. Rawtenstall's finest.
