Wouldn't even give it a one star, we ordered food on the 10th March, once we had collected the food and got home we noticed that the chicken balls with curry sauce were raw ( see attached photo), contacted hundred king that night and was told they would give us free chicken balls next time, after 24hrs my husband ended up with food poisoning, this was confirmed by the GP.
Once feeling better we got in contact with hundred king to let them know what had happened after being served raw food by themselves, they again offered us free chicken balls, we declined as I think most people would after getting food poisoning from somewhere. The lady on the phone could not provide us with our receipt or the Vat number as she claimed they are Vat registered, and apparently all receipts are deleted off the system, when a sole trader should keep all receipts for 5 years. Seen as though they only accept cash this seems very dodgy too (Vat fraud perhaps, or tax evasion springs to mind). After trying to come to a resolution with this establishment we were told if we contact them again they would call the police for requesting our receipt which legally they have to provide and has since blocked our number.
Just want to warn people to check their food before eating it and if you do happen to receive raw food like we did then good luck as these people become very aggressive and unhelpful very quickly, then claim there is a language barrier even though the girl on the phone understands English perfectly well.

I Ordered a takeaway and decided to collect it, unfortunately it was not ready so we had to wait whilst it was cooked. Believe me when I say this was the BEST chinese we`ve ever had. You might get better in China but I doubt it.
First time ordering from Hundred King and will certainly be the last! Wrong dishes given which tasted awful, no flavour or veg and crispy beef was bitter, deep fried batter with little or no beef in. Not good at all and was more expensive than our usual Chinese.
Food was below average, duck was cold , dry and bland as was the rice, the beef curry ,the chips and the chicken balls . Not enough pancakes to go with half a duck either. third time ordering in the hope it might be better than the last 2 times since this was the only place to deliver today, it was sh#t same as every other time , should’ve known better. never again , it went in the dog , waste of 30 quid should’ve just drove to the swallow. Gonna make a cottage pie instead at least it will be warm when we eat it!!
In my opinion the Best Chinese in Whitchurch.
Massive portions, flavourful dishes with a wide array available and a complementary prawn cracker portion.
This is the place to go for filling that craving for chinese.
My only constructive feedback would be to introduce Card payment options too increase custom and convenience for customers as not all customers like to carry cash these days
Absolutely beautiful meal, just like everytime we have ordered from there. Delivery guy really nice too.. already looking forward to the next time!! Would highly recommend
